I believe fitness does not have to be a chore or be boring; it can be fun and dynamic. There is something for everyone and as a coach, I aim to help you find what you enjoy most to ensure fitness is as fun and exciting for you as it is for me.
My Coaching Plans:

I offer either 8 or 12-week programmes, completely personalised and individualised to YOU!


Each programme includes:

-personalised workout plans with specific exercises, sets and reps based on YOUR specific needs

-a training guide with upper, low and full body exercise photo demonstrations and teaching points for technique and correct form

-nutrition guidance and advice

-weekly check-ins and progress photos

-Skype video calls or phone calls on request

-24/7 contact/support
